Tutorial 2: More light in the shadows.

You can use a white sheet of paper to reflect the light and brighten the dark zones of your object.

See the images below: in the second picture I've used a white sheet of paper to light up the dark side of the cup.

ahh, reflective lighting, I assume you could use another secondary light source, but that might create more shadows. thanks for the simple reminder!

Aluminium foil is useful too, it gives stronger reflection and the light is easier to control. Sometimes reflection it is too strong. You can soften it by wrinkling the foil carefully.
