Tutorial 5: Better Reflections

When photographing highly reflective objects (like metal of glass) it's important not to reflect yourself on the object surface.

How to hide you and the camera?

Take a white sheet of paper and make an hole on it. Place the sheet in front of the camera (look at the picture below).

With sheets of different colours you can also make creative reflections.

I already tried this and he doesen't work because the reflection of the camera objetive appears in the same.

Just gotta make sure your light meter etc isn't affected by the fact it can't see your subject :)
