How to get reconsidered?

posted by crazydog12, Mar 10, 2013 1:38 AM — 1 comments

The other day I received another rejection for several of my images. I am no master photographer or professional editor, so I leave it to the professional staff at SXC to evaluate my photos... Half of my rejected photos were dismissed because they didn't live up to the standards regarding light! Tough luck - but that is how it is!

The other half of my rejected images needed a better description. What confuses me here is two things:

What is an example of a good description? (I surfed around 20-30 published pictures in same category that totally lacked descriptions or had a description in one or two words)

How does a photo get reconsidered, when needing a new and better descriotion? Do we have to make a new upload or do we just have to submit again? (last thing was what I did with one of my pictures, but there was no sign that it changed from rejected to pending)

Hope some answers from the administration will enlighten me!
