DESCRIPTION
A human left humerus viewed from in front. The head and neck, greater and lesser tuberosities, the full length of the shaft, the medial and lateral epicondyles, the capitulum and trochlea are included. The upper end of the bone foms part of the shoulder joint, the lower end forms part of the elbow joint. This is a photograph of an old, real human bone, not a model. Flipping the image left to right will give an anatomically correct anterior view of a right humerus. To see all of my human bone images Click Here to go to my Human Bone lightbox.
