I had a problem taking close-ups. My camera can make macroes only with the zoom set to wide-angle position (35 mm.). | This maked me crazy because I hate the barrel effects of the wide-angle. | I solved the problem placing a normal lens in front of the objective. With this system I'm now able to make a macro zooming in, with tele mode, avoiding the ugly wide-angle barrel effect. | For more closer macroes I have another home-made system described in my photo #185667 whistle sport arbitrator Whistle
