This beautiful girl lives in Guadalajara, Mexico, in an area called "Cerros de Quatros" (Hill of the Four), a mountain in the middle of a city of 10 million people, where the antenna for the Channel 4 Television Station is located. | | She is one of Mexico's many orphaned children. | | I was there to help build a soup kitchen to feed children like her (right now, this soup kitchen feeds about 700 kids each and every day). The food is donated by local merchants (including Costco, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico) mexican mexico mexican Mexican Girl

This photo was taken in San Vicente, Mexico of a young girl and her puppy. | | She is a Triki Indian (Indigenous Mexican). These are incredible people. They had no money, but insisted on feeding us. | | At that time we were building a home for her and her parents (and her puppy), the first home they have ever lived in. | | When we finished the project, her mom sang us a song that brought tears to our eyes. More importantly, her song gave me a tremendous amount of respect (and admiration) for these poor people! It made me very glad that I could contribute (in a large way) to their overall well being and happiness mexico girl puppy Mexican Girl With Puppy
This is the eagle found in mexican national sign. This image means the foundational story of Mexico, which is based on a ancient aztec legend which tells where the aztecs should build their new settlement, and the story says that when they find an eagle eating a snake, stand on a cactus, it will be the place to build their city. They found such sign in a small island in the middle of a lake, and it became the great city of Mexico-Tenochtitlan, which today is located under the Zocalo area, in actual Mexico City. You can see part of the ruins in the Templo Mayor museum. Also, you can see actual photos of Zocalo in my gallery zocalo flag aztec Mexican eagle 1
